About Us

Rooted in axiology, driven by purpose – meet the people behind AxioGrow.

Sophie Coulthard

Sophie has been working with the assessment behind AxioGrow for over 15 years, supporting individuals and organisations to better understand judgement and decision-making. AxioGrow came from an idea to take this powerful tool beyond assessment alone – to create a full-scale personal development platform that’s accessible, practical, and rooted in lasting value. She also sits on the board of the Robert S. Hartman Institute, which is committed to preserving and progressing the field of axiology; the philosophy that underpins AxioGrow.

A strong advocate for wellbeing, Sophie believes personal development should feel energising, not overwhelming. She recently converted a '90s caravan into a stylish garden office – proof that growth comes in many forms, and creativity plays an important part.

Sophie leads on the delivery of AxioGrow’s in-person work, including workshops and leadership programmes. She’s often described as enthusiastic, relatable, and infectious in her passion – creating space for individuals and teams to reflect, challenge themselves, and leave with clear direction.
