The feedback session with Sophie is designed to be a positive, constructive experience - even when it brings up things that may feel challenging to look at.
The report provides the structure. The conversation provides the meaning.
Rather than telling you who you are or what you should do, the session uses your results to open up thoughtful, reflective questions, helping you make sense of what’s showing up for you right now.

Catriona
Stepping into a more senior role
Catriona was preparing to step into a more senior role, moving from hands-on management into a more strategic position.
Her report revealed that strategic thinking wouldn’t come naturally to her, and that her default was to focus on immediate tasks. We worked on practical ways to pause, zoom out, and access strategic thinking more deliberately.
She also recognised how her direct, assertive style could sometimes feel abrupt to others. Adjusting her language and pacing helped her communicate more effectively and reduce frustration as she transitioned into her new role.

Ella
Leading former peers with confidence
Ella had recently been promoted above her peers and was finding it difficult to step confidently into her leadership role.
Highly people-focused, she avoided conflict, struggled to recognise her own strengths, and had growing levels of stress at work and home.
Instead of focusing on what she “lacked”, the session explored how she could lean into her strong people skills to build support around her and draw on the strengths of her team.
Alongside this, we identified practical steps to help her build confidence gradually and sustainably as a leader.

Finding direction at a crossroads
Helen was at a crossroads now her children were at school. She struggled with feeling she wasn’t fulfilling any real purpose - without knowing what that purpose might be.
Her AxioGrow report highlighted a strong capacity for problem solving, being people-focused, and getting things done. What was missing wasn’t motivation, but clarity - like driving fast with a foggy windscreen.
With this insight, we used simple reflection, brainstorming, and goal-setting to bring that future into focus, helping her identify where meaning could come from both work and her role as a mother.
